Renato Dias dos Santos

Renato founded thinklegal.
He carries out his activity, mainly in the area of litigation and arbitration, sports law, real estate and contracts.
He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, a post-graduate degree in Professional Sports Law and Contracts Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and also has specific training in the areas of Arbitration and Administrative Justice.
He held the internship of the Bar Association in the area of general, commercial and banking litigation at the law firm Oliveira, Martins, Moura, Esteves & Associados, correspondent law firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and integrated as an associate lawyer Gali Macedo & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, RL, acting in the areas of litigation, commercial and corporate law, and labor law.
From 2007 to 2010, he joined, as a lawyer, the Legal Department of the Portuguese Professional Football League, having dedicated himself, particularly, to the area of sports law.
He regularly participates in conferences in the area of sports law and has also held positions in sports associations.

In 2000, he began the internship of the Bar Association in the office of Dr. João Peres, in Porto, having had the opportunity to work, essentially, in the area of criminal law. In 2002, he started his lawyer independently with the opening of an office in Porto and, in 2011, also in Lisbon.
